SEO Team Lead

We are seeking a SEO Specialist for the Performance Marketing team. This is an ideal position for a person with a passion for learning and developing skills in online Advertising.

We want a great team player who will join us in our mission to create top of mind awareness of the PakWheels brand and ensure user acquisition and retention through Search Engine Optimization and other strategies while getting trained under highly skilled SEOs.

Job Description

  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Crunching numbers and conducting research to ensure SEO delivers the best ranking results
  • Develop and implement link building strategy by building campaigns around increasing links to the site in the right places
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
  • Work with editorial and other marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
  • Using Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Weekly/Monthly reporting and formulating documents for the meetings
  • Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year of professional experience as SEO Team Lead
  • Have Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  • Strong grasp on Excel / Google Sheets and an understanding of HTML layout & structures
  • Computer Science background + MySQL experience would be a big plus
  • Strong understanding of on-site and off-site SEO
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console
  • Familiar with Ahrefs/Moz/SEMrush or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent copywriting and reporting skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • A can-do attitude showcasing willingness
  • Strong time management skills
  • A good team player
