Position Purpose

We are looking for a Project Manager to handle our companys ongoing projects. He/She will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Education & Professional Qualification
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven SEO, and SEM experience with website optimization tools.
  • Experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns and data-driven SEO analysis.
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, google search console, google Adsense.
  • Experience with content writing/marketing.
  • Experience in WordPress, shopify and other content management systems.
Responsibilities
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the companys search engine results rankings.
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the companys website and marketing materials.
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in ranking.
  • Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and tech SEO.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
  • Review content by other writers for grammar, spelling, fact-checking, and style.
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
  • Cultivate relationships and partnerships with journalists, publishers, and digital influencers.
  • Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience).
  • Make technical recommendations to developers.
  • Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes.
  • Implement changes in content management systems (CMS).
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
  • Any major or minor duty assigned by the team lead/head.
Requirements
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Knowledge of onsite or offsite SEO.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency of the English language
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Not afraid to learn something new or teach something new to others.
